Flea is the Managing director and founder of the agencies Guerilla Music Promotion and Guerilla Media Communication.

Her work experiences include stations as Head of Radio at Motor / Polygram and Head of Promotion at V2 Records. Flea has been Head of International A&R at Embassy of Music and Embassy of Sound & Media, which she has also co-founded. She is passionate about PR and Marketing strategies and this why she launched her first agency: Guerilla Music Promotion in 1999, focusing on artists and musicians and more recently Guerilla Media Communication, specialised in digital entertainment.
